Analysis I gave me three days of unbearable headaches at a certain point.
Paracetamol would not work but aspirin was a godsend.
One night I woke up in distress from a hellish nonsensical dream about series.
The morning before the microelectronics exam I woke up believing I was an electric circuit.

>Suffer from what is known as myoclonic seizures the next morning any time I get less than 8 hours of sleep
>Have always had to time my studying well and make it effective so I both know what I need to know and not miss hours of sleep
Fortunately, I've never found myself in a situation where I needed to sacrifice either. At least so far. I do consider I am pretty good at retaining information, and more importantly, understanding the basics of any concept so I can work it with ease in a test/exam and not have to cram my brain for hours with knowledge I have no real understanding of.

Ultimately though, I'd be willing to get a bad grade if it means staying in good health and not having my brain get fucked up.

After the headaches ceased I returned to brainlet baseline.

Have you tried a HFLC diet?
Sometimes it sets people seizure free.
Then, on a high fat diet I get away with less sleep.

I've never tried any diets, so no. I just might give it a shot, but I'm afraid of potential weight loss since I'm already a bit underweight.

You will lose water weight at first.
Further weight loss on that kind of diet might simply be a result of calorie restriction.
