Serial Experiments Lain is autoerotic masturbatory navelgazing wank.
It's pretentious in that it brings up a lot of interesting questions but never does anything with them, instead it just meanders about with horrendously slowly paced episodes and shitty visuals.

Nausicaa is amazing, but read the manga. Both releases of the movie were terrible and skipped the best parts imo.

If you're looking for anime with literary merit, watch

Neon genesis Evangelion
Serial experiments lain

These two basically changed the amine industry, in different ways.

The only good serialized Anime out right now is one punch man, everything else is literally naruto tier garbage.

If you like naruto tier garbage, watch
Twin star exorcist
Jojos bizarre adventure
Dragonball super
Is it wrong to try to pick up girls in a dungeon?
Toriko (had a Thundercats tier ending)
Lupin the 3rd

In addition, the input of irrelevant data (non-related content) will not be concordant with your projects, so those actions will disorient your sense and memories.

Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet/Suisei no Gargantia
Is pretty cool. The protagonist is a kid who's created to be pilot of a mecha, a soldier. Who attempts to understand and integrate into a society very unlike the one he comes from, and dealing with issues and feelings that arise. It goes a bit deeper than that and has more components at play, though. It has mecha fighting which I personally don't like, but it's not just mechs alone so it's still good.

Assuming we are talking about a configuration space where the braid group is actually useful, question 2 is nonsense. You can't have knots because time travel is forbidden.

>> No.8400557

>>8400513
Number 1 is obvious as long as you know the fact that for a simply connected manifold the braid group is generated by particle exchanges.
Part one of number 2 is also obvious; part two however requires you to study the Burau representation of the braid group and quotient out the action of the permutation group on the fixed points of the representation. It's very much nontrivial.
If you want to know more I suggest you look up names like Artin, Birman, Wilczek, Hiller, etc.
