How do I stop comparing myself to others? Now geniuses are a rarity but there are still hundreds of thousands of super performing people out there and they make me feel superfluous. I feel bad for getting tired fast and taking a long time to think when others can work all day getting minimal sleep and graduate from the best colleges with best grades. It just happens that everything I am interested in is super competetive. I guess I could try to find some nieche and just do some light science in free time but I wish to actually contribute something aside from just taxes and purchasing power.

Try to find your niche.
It'll be better once you're out of college and the persons you frequent aren't all academic overachievers.

But is there a guarantee I will find one?

You should stop thinking about this. Instead ask yourself what are you interested in and wholeheartedly pursue that.
> How do I stop?
Reorient your thought processes. Start with school work: don't say "I'm not finishing as fast as my classmates" but instead say "How can I relate this to material presented earlier?". Derive satisfaction from the doing of the work and in this way you will learn not to make needless comparisons.

By accepting that you can only play the cards you are given.
