I ate raw/undercooked chicken (dumb, I know).
I was drinking heavily before and after beer and scotch.
I didnt get sick at all, could/did the alcohol save me?

Raw meat doesn't make you sick. It's just a conducive environment for microorganisms that do. You got lucky and the raw chicken either didn't have any harmful bacteria in it or had a low enough amount that your immune system could handle it easily.
