Population growth is in decline, per-capita energy consumption is in decline, we're becoming more "eco-friendly" all the time.
And if we stopped reproducing, why would it matter if our home still existed?

Less acceleration is still acceleration. Just having progress doesn't mean it's good enough. I don't hate people, I just promote quality over quantity.

I'm mostly worried about hitting a hard limit and the pain and loss it will bring. Nothing wrong with hoping for some responsibility on the part of our species.
