The real golden standard of hackers are not exploits, but viruses. Because it takes a lot of work and understanding, and it's not as easily forgotten.

So.
If you want to be the greatest hacker of all time, just make a lot innovative of viruses under the same nickname, cause a lot of damage. Basically make yourself relevant through the fugitive hunt which follows.

Also, getting caught might be a really bad idea.
