Someone once told me about the Dutch education system, it is bar none the worst system I've ever heard of. Apparently at age 14, students are segregated based on academic ability and sent into different streams of high school, with only the top quarter of the class being prepped for university. The rest are resigned to menial labor and will never see the inside of a lecture hall.
