Kek no. The H2O is from burning hydrocarbons not vortex trails silly.

But H2O is not the only thing in there. There is also CO2, nitrous oxides, particulates(soot/sulfates), and unburned hydrocarbons.

In piston driven aircraft there may even be tetraethyllead.
