My cousin is an agricultural engineer.

She's pretty dumb, so it should be a cinch OP.

If natural magically ran out in the next few years then would the world be able to produce enough nitrogen fertilizer without the Haber process?

It would be almost a full time job keeping all that tended.

Why not use the whole plot for vegetables? If you're living off subsistence farming then animals aren't efficient as they use a lot of resources. Eggs and dairy are really cheap and you can buy meat every once in a while if you really want.
