pretty much everybody who's posted so far has been shitposting. psychopaths (which isn't quite synonymous with serial killers) have differently functioning (same structure though) brains than normies. you can compare two brain scans of people taken while they were asked haunting moral questions about whether or not you could suffocate a child to stop it from crying so the nazis don't find you or something, and get different results for a psychopath.
