I would like to volunteer myself for gene enhancement.

I know the risks of developing deathly cancers and other life-threatening rejections are about 30 percent. But considering I've played russian roulette before and won, I think those are really good odds.

I never valued my life, and I certainly won't value my life when confined to genetic mediocrity.

I have money, lots of it. My start-up has amassed a 6 million USD in the past year alone. I know the United States has deemed gene enhancement illegal because they're fucking cowards.

Are there any countries you know about with relaxed gene therapy laws? I know China is ahead of the pack in this field but I don't speak Mandarin nor do I trust fucking slanted-eyed gooks.

Please help me /sci/ a 30% chance of death is much preferable to a 100% chance of a mediocre life.

considering most brain development happens in early childhood as well as the womb, you're out of luck.

I've been looking for someone like you. If you're free to travel and don't have any plans this year (doesn't seem like you do) e-mail me at:

Wilson.James@upenn.edu

I look forward to meeting you in person.

>cas9 crispr

>we need to research the implications of gene therapy

>quick, make it illegal so nobody can research it

Why do scientists take the element of "time" for granted? Sooner or later we're going to get hit by "that meteor" and we'll be sucking our thumbs wishing we didn't stall science for two solid decades.
