i'm guessing that the wires or the bulbs are connected to themselves in series (with capacitors/inductors in between), and to a dc power source. And that somehow touching that metal thingy reverses the polarization...

I feel this motion can explain light being both a particle and wave because the experiements for each show the light moving in this formation hitting either top first or side first. One would show an oscillating wave pattern and the other bands of light. I think you'd need to treat it somewhat like fluid experiments and make sure no objects are in between the start of the fluid and it's termination otherwise you'll have fucked up results.

Shit nigga it shows up as a wave closer to the center and a large particle at the outer reaches. What blows my mind is that this experiment is done in a fluid of particles. I swear on me mum all science is just segments of knowledge of a fractal medium.

I beleive it's just slow moving dye in a gel type medium squirted out and captured on VHS. The shaking I believe comes from the tape not tracking well in the camera while it was being recorded. Happens a lot with VHS tapes.

Its not publically available, a dude was trying to teach a program how to walk, it would od this by changing the variable of its body, i.e. fat legs small body, tiny legs huge body, until it reached the right composition that allowed it to walk. Basically mimicking natural selection with a failure equaling the loss of that 'gene' from the species because it 'died out'
