As an engineer, I can confirm its hard working with dumb people. We typically enjoy most of our work and the pay is great, but doing extra work to dumb things down for the layperson sucks, and we hate that instead of people taking the time to educate themselves they expect the engineer to make things simpler and simpler, becuase somehow everybody points the blame finger on the instruction writer and engineer, not the highschool dropout fucktard operator. Our life is 10 times harder because of stupid people, so excuse us if we shame a dumb person for not taking the time to read a book or experiment with there own tools from time to time

In my job I'm sent out to help technicians whenever they have trouble with equipment I've develop. Last month I got sent to Brazil, found the guy had entered a netmask of 0,255,0,0, then spent four days at the beach with my normal hourly wage and all expenses covered. Feels good man.
