We could raise (future) human intelligence (IQ/g) today, if we wanted to. Broad-sense heritability of g is ~0.8, but even without deeper understanding of epistasis, epigenetics, or prenatal environments, the narrow-sense (additive) heritability is ~0.6 (GWAS have confirmed the floor is above 0.5).

This means that eugenics could raise human intelligence today in the same way we use selective breeding on animals to emphasize traits. It's really only an ethical concern.

Let's say intelligent >= +2 SD (130 IQ) and dumbfuck <= -2 SD (70 IQ).

Given h2 = .6, a White couple (mean 100, SD 15) at -2 SD would get children regressing to a mean of .6 * -2 SD = -1.2 SD (82 IQ).

To get from -1.2 SD to +2 SD you'd need to go +3.2 SD, so you'd think there's a ~0.07% chance, but it's actually much lower still because the residual SD is ~.8 SD (due to assortative mating). So it's more like ~0.003% chance.

The world population is 7.13 billion. That means that there are ~28.5 million people with an IQ higher than 140.

The world population was 28.5 million around 1700 BCE, the time of Hammurabi. There is a person alive now with a 140+ IQ for every person alive then, total.

OP, it's difficult to establish that high IQs correspond to higher abilities. Low IQs have a high correspondence to DIS-ability. But high IQs have a significant element of insanity, hence there's no strong correspondence to ABILITY.

We could achieve this today. We need to get away from the wrong notion that a man is only obligated to raise a child with some of his DNA. If women were given the power to choose a different man to raise their child from the man who donated the genetic material then alphas would be free to father more children while the betas could provide. Banning DNA tests and making sexual contact count as a contract to perform fatherly duties would allow this to happen. Betas attitudes also need to change, they seem to think that marriage is some guarantee of female fidelity, it should merely be a contract of conjugal contact in exchange for the male acting as a provider.

We already have and do raise human intelligence. On average IQ has been raising year by year but the average will be 100 because they 100 is supposed to be the average IQ.

IQ≠intelligence. Clearly, the world average in intelligence did not increase 2-3 SDs.
