Eh... I think it would be hard to make an argument that anyone is clearly and unambiguously smarter than Einstein.

He's indisputably one of history's intellectual top achievers. Intelligence isn't so clear-cut and one-dimensional that you can compare guys like that and say one is "smarter" than the others.

Einstein couldn't even derive E=mc^2, it was derived for him and then attributed to him
