Seriously, its what I did. I owe $120,000 when I graduated from UCLA with a major in electrical engineering 4 years ago. I moved to Hong Kong right after and haven't paid a dime. The Chinese gov. ain't interested in dealing with Uncle Sam and so nobody can touch me. Got no interest in going back home so no dice for anyone trying to follow me. Didn't tell them where I was going, as far as they know I got onto a plane to China and vanished. I now work for a consultancy for 80 grand a year as a junior engineer and I have an apartment overlooking Fa Hui Park.

In relation to the OP, why not consider just emigrating now, get a free education in germany or someting. Might as well do it now if you will be doing it at some point.

Besides emigrating isn't even that hard, most big businesses, especially in places like hong kong or muskow already use much english, stuff like engineering is mostly done in english anyways.

Education is what you make of it not what is given to you. I attend the 3rd best community college, instate tuition is ~$1700 + books for 17 credits. The classes may not be as challenging but you can challenge yourself. When I think my class is too watered down I just follow mit's open courseware instead.

I sell shit on ebay part time. 0 debt and I could stop selling today and have enough saved up to last 5 years at my current rate of expenditure. Anyone paying more than 4k per semester for the first two years is getting wallet raped.
