the proper age that ALL men find women the most desirable is at the age of 14.

It has to do with the near finishing but not completely finished puberty. There was some study done by harvard a few years ago that explained why there are so many people who find 13-14 year old girls attractive and it was because of the shape/angles of a near completed pubescent girl and the compliments to the second stage puberty development.

All of the social stigma attributed to being attracted to 13-14 year olds was caused by pic related
