Is it bad to drink this stuff straight, not diluted?

It has really concentrated citric acid, enough that it burns to drink, it has a mind numbing amount of sugar, enough that I was shaking and jittery like I drank 5 cups of coffe after drinking half a container.

But is it bad for me?
