If It were physically possible if you fall through a black hole wouldn't you essentially be able so see the universe end?

I think so, nothing for certain since we don't entirely know how black holes work, but I may know where you're coming from.
Like our universe is the singularity in another black hole and so on and so forth.

If possible, you could also see another universe begin.

Or "begin" as relative to your perception of space and time as you pass through the event horizon. It could've very well been existing without you being aware of it.
Relativity's weird.

yes, you will see the universe fast forward as you fall, until its just a bright light and then it ends.
