Seeing as there is no /law/ board, I would like to ask /sci/ the following question:

Is it legal to form a giant penis in the sky (such as in the pic attached)?

I'm asking this because I need to include whether such a law exists in a written report on "graffiti" and such.

I can't even imagine the sequence of rambles that led you to this.

(A) Every person who maliciously (1) defaces with paint or any other liquid, (2) damages or (3) destroys any real or personal property not his own, in case otherwise specified by state law, is guilty of vandalism.

dont use liquid. If you have a good laywer, you'll get away with it.

It would not be illegal, and it would quickly fade anyway.

would it be legal to project porn onto the clouds?

Probably not possible to do.
And in terms of copyright laws, certainly not legal, no.
To say nothing of how outraged people would be that children would have been forced to view it.

Is this legal or not?

Yeah but is it actually under the law that you can't deface the "natural environment" in general?

Seems it could be shooped. Found the correct location, but there's no discernible pattern.
