I don't see anything wrong with the actual articles.

The one on formal logic was actually really educational for me, and it's a hard topic.

They're hit and miss at times, sometimes their articles are actually quite good, other times they seem like needlessly over-complicated pseudo-intellectual pablum. Taken with a grain of salt they're usually alright.

It's a religion more than anything, some article are internally inconsistent, others are inconsistent with LW's philosophy, stuff in the articles that by chance are right can be found written better elsewhere.
If you talk with someone and he starts referencing LW to prove his points, cut your relationship with him right there and never talk to him again.
