Assuming madsci is the guy that used to post ocean-related stuff, that guy was pretty cool.

I agree that TeaCup and Carl are garbage and that blackman did a lot of shitposting in between his actually interesting posts, but madsci was cool.

I also liked mathfag, the ponymath guy, and sometimes the emma stone guy when he wasn't derailing things. They were all pretty good at problem-solving too.

I have changed several tripcodes over the years so you can count me in your comfy nostalgia.

That's pretty much the point: having math problems that require intelligence and not knowledge.

I know that it makes it hard for people like you who brag about their knowledge without having the ability to solve a non-trivial problem on your own, but it's not like we care about someone who approaches math as if it was biology.

Actually I've been on /sci/ since 2009. From 2011 to 2012 I remained inactive on /sci/ and the rest of 4chan, since I've found more important things to do, but until recently I've developed much stress and depression. Then I remembered how much the stuff on 4chan gave me a good laugh every once in a while. So, I jumped back on here.
