My /sci/ gentlemen.

I present you with a question that I would like answered.

It goes as follows: I'm going to take an exam for 8 hours-ish, with breaks inbetween sessions (5 sessions).
The question: what kind of food and beverage should I take with me to keep my brain from numbing off; keeping maximum focus.
Really need my a-game for this test.

Also, share if you want: pre-exam breakfast.

Well that was a misfortune.

Also, I prefer alot of pasta the night before a big exam.

all my knowledge is hearsay:
generally sugar is important, but it will only last for 1-2h, meaning youll have to refuel yourself during the exam. and if you fail to "refuel" yourself youll crash on low blood-sugar.
fruits are better for longer sessions.
dont forget to drink much/regularly

Just realized apples are a big no-no on exams.
But bananas - any fruit apart from these delicious yellow beings that are godly?

Caffeine, sugar - preferably mixed. Try drinking Coke during the entire period.

What I think I want to avoid is crashes, so sugar might be a bit of a risk. But caffeine on the other hand is a great idea!
