Therapy and medication. Therapy is probably best done one on one with a psychologist/psychiatrist rather than in a group setting like at a clinic. SSRI's are apparently the medication of choice, I suspect (with no basis at all) to treat underlying depression and anxiety.

It's just my brother has been experiencing these problems for quote a while. He won't cease to believe he has cancer in his eyes, due to nuclear radioactive fallout. There are no physichal symptoms, what the fuck do I do?

If he's not trying to dig his own eyes out to get rid of the cancer then there really isn't a problem. People believe all sorts of weird things about what's going on inside of their bodies, mostly to do with nutrition, and so long as they don't behave compulsively they never have a problem. You should probably let him know that neutron radiation generally causes thyroid cancer and leukemia so he should stop worrying about his eyes.

He does behave compulsively

That's not what I said. That's what I mistakenly thought this was about and so I corrected myself.

So can you offer any insight on it?
