I did it for a year, I think I pulled them through nicely, I was completely unqualified though.
Had nothing more than charisma and a high school diploma.
It was a shitty school, poor district. The kids where nice though, at least the white ones.

Only classes I'd ever teach below university level:

-Pre-calc/calc
-Physics / AP physics
-Robotics
-Maybe a design and fabrication course


Robotics would be my first choice, for some reason I've wanted to teach robotics to a highschool class a lot lately, I think it could be very interesting and not treated as much as a job + it's a course you wouldn't have to test really anything and could base it solely around projects so you wouldn't have to grade much.
