For demonstration purposes, block overlapping a block... they don't interact with each other. It literally just falls as if the other object doesnt exist.

First of all, you're going to need to keep the wheels separate from the girders. If the wheels are attached to the girders, they won't spin.

I would advise not using circles or rectangles. All you really need are girders, wheels, and pistons.

Lies. You can attach wheels to girders and girders to wheels. The order is what matters.

If you attach the wheels last then they will spin. If you attach anything to an object, all attached wheels will become stuck, except if you attach a girder to a wheel. Then the girder will spin with the wheel.

I made some improvements over my original design, mainly adding shocks to negate some of the vertical and lateral forces on the coconuts and adding a sort of mass damper to help negate lateral forces and keep the coconuts in the cart.

It works surprisingly well. The wheels could use some work but the coconut containment mechanism is nearly perfect.

Rules:
1) No wheel may ever be in direct contact with the ground (the design must be made so it's clear that this can't happen)
2) A wheel can not be surrounded by lines (such as >>5150535), a wheel must always be external to anything it is moving.

Included pic illustrates an allowed design. After some driving practice I got it to 22 seconds with 100% efficiency.
