First Question: How do we stop moralfags from making cloning humans or extinct species illegal?

My problem with cloning is the attempt to manipulate and control a complex system. But i don't think it should be illegal...as long as property rights are respected and enforced (kind of like how Monsanto's genetic manipulations effect properties that did not ask for or agree to it...yet courts hold up that it's still okay).
