Greetings, /sci/. I know you hate me, so I'll leave you alone after this thread.

Do you personally believe a theory of everything is worth searching for? If we constantly discover new particles and forces, then we can't truly have a theory of everything, so what's the point? Why can't we just use GR and QM to the best of their abilities rather than searching for a TOE and having it crushed as soon as something new is revealed?
