you should have twilight find out about pinkies plans and then have a battle where twilight uses a combination of magic and science (though the magic in FIM is like science) to turn herself into an alecorn. after that she goes to defeat pinky for good but she used her supernatural power to almost defeat twilight before twilight teleports away in order to get help from luna and celestia. after that pinky pie finds a way to free Q who then beats the 2 princesses and joins pinky because its interesting. spike trys to save rarity but is captured by pinky and turned into a mindless slave after being forced to eat rarity. twilight comes back after a year of training to find that pinky and Q fused into 1 and is now ruling equesti in a state of eternal chocolate rain. to free everyone twilight uses her new alecorn power (along with old cupcakes she found in a trashcan containing pony meat from rarity,fluttershy, dash and applejeck) to hack the element of harmony and become more powerful than pinkypie, after saving equastri the doctor showed up with derpy and helps twilight resurrect her friends, along with a new pinky pie that has all the darkness wiped from her soul after the connection to pony hell was cut. its 2 years before twilight realizes spike is dead.

About a week or two ago there was a couple of threads on /sci/ about biology not being a hard science, most people were just trolling in them and making fun of OP, telling him to go back to physicsforums, but I got interested in it when some of the posters mentioned some reasons why biology couldn't be a hard science i didnt know about. Because of this I did some research, got some books and read them and now finally I know why biologst is soft!

I found out relatively quickly that biologists are basically fields in space-time, but you cant really use mathematical models on them because of how they interact with normal scientists. You see, the scientific community loves mathematics, everywhere you find math-based theorems in physics papers, but sometimes these mathematical models cause disturbances in the life science community and cause "non-mathematical" things to happen that arnt part of hard science and that's why biology is an exception, the life sciences balance mathematics by interacting with the soft science these "non-mathematical" life sciences interact with, canceling the "cannot into math" force. This is also why we cant directly communicate with biologists in regular language of science, they are always in balance with other non-mathematical fields. at least thats how "de Broglie biologists" work.

Now you guys also know why biology isn't a hard science!
