x^2 -(8 + k)x + 8k = x^2-5kx + m

so (8+k) = 5k, meaning k = 2

and 16 = m

8k = m

-kx - 8x = -5kx
so
(-k-8) = -5k

You should be able to figure it out from there.

x^2 - 8x - kx + 8k = x^2-5kx +m
-8x - kx + 8k = -5kx + m
-8 - k = -5
k = 3

8k = m
3X8 = m
m = 24

5m = 8
