I'd like to see more experimentation in government, since we seemed to have reached a local maximum with democracy so people are unwilling to risk new systems which might be better. It's why it annoys me when people say "Democracy isn't perfect, but it's the best we've got." So what? We haven't tried much else since democracy started.

That said, meditation has been shown to be REALLY fucking good for you. Mostly because it forces you to slow the fuck down and take a break to relax from the modern non-stop sensory overload lifestyle. It also teaches you to actually perform basic bodily functions properly. Like breathing. Most people aren't doing it right, believe it or not.
