What does galaxies orbit around?

Themselves. They are a blob of matter holding itself thanks to gravity. Like a rotating bubble of water in microgravity, with vanderwaals bounding as gravity.

People often think the galaxy is orbiting sagitarrius A*, the central hypermassive black hole. But its mass is something like 10^6 solar mass, whereas the Milky way is something like 10^11 solar masses. No way we are orbiting this shitty tiny mass.

Perhaps there's a concentration of the fabled dark matter in the center?

they orbit around a central mass, that mass is themselves ... and thus is the paradoxical nature of the foundational and boundary parameters under which our universe operates.

Ooooh this alternate theory again ! Could you be the one that could provide me with a decent source of information about this ? You know, a scientific source, that describe the theory ( Theory, as in scientific theory, you know, equations and all... )

you can go watch the couple of documentaries and then go find the picture of the galaxy where all you need to do is increase the brightness and you can see the fucking plasma between the two supposedly separate nebulas.

>> No.4309903

galaxy's don't really orbit anything, they move round each other and occasionally merge but its not nice constant orbits.

>>4309823
Dark flow is still up in the air, lots of people find the analysis suspect.

>>4309828
There is no such concept in astronomy as a hypermassive back hole the word is supermassive, don't just stick words together.

If gravity was electromagnetism ether protons or electrons would move away from the earth. This is not observed.
And you can't just increase the contrast of an image you found on the internet, you will more often than not find noise or artefacts.

Okay then, I'll try to ask it better.

EQUATIONS. MODEL. If this is a serious alternate theory it should be able to explain everything relativity already explains. Do you have a link to a demonstration of the orbit of planets according to this electromagnetic stuff ? What is it usually called so I can search for it myself if you fail again ? Plasma universe or some shit ?

Thanks to you replying i now believe the other guy, you fucking tripfag cunt.

When you die the world will be a better place, when all of your kind die the world will finally be able to enjoy peace and justice.

When your bones are piled in the mass graves of your cuntish degenerate genetic dead end we will use the sites as communal toilets for every nigger, sand nigger and tramp in the world.

I think he means that if an object has x density it attracts the nearby objects, if the density becomes 1000x then it attracts even stronger the nearby objects.

If you say that something has infinite density then it implies infinite energy.
The correct way to say that would be "maximum density".
Also black holes aren't really that weird, they're just very massive objects, they bend space more than the suns and light follows space and falls in the black hole and after they evaporate and everything back to normal.

No "hole in the universe" retardation.
People make blacks holes more of what they are.
Sure the produce some awesome effects like hawking radiation but still, nothing superweird about em.

>if the density becomes 1000x then it attracts even stronger the nearby objects.
But that's completely fucking wrong. Any spherically symmetric distribution of matter has the exact same gravitational effect on outside objects as concentrating all the mass at the center.
