Is the Scientific method thoroughly verified by the scientific method?

>> No.4281860

Results have been positive so far, but more study is needed.

>> No.4281862

If you described it in axiomatic set theory and with wff, you will find that certain statements are impossible to make in that language, particularly recursive statements in a given framework about the framework itself. This is true of all logical axiomatic systems.

see: Incompleteness Theorems

(now apply Incompleteness to Incompleteness and tell me that isn't just beautiful)

THERE IS AS YET INSUFFICIENT DATA FOR A MEANINGFUL ANSWER

>> No.4281907

It is verified by more rudimentary and intrinsic methods of deduction. Of course all observations of something being true is ultimately based on "feeling", you don't prove 1+1=2, you see it and feel it.

Hold on, let me consult the scientific method and I'll let you know what it says about using the scientific method to verify the scientific method.
