clearpointfag here. The clip breaks off pretty easily, but it fits comfortably in my xboxhueg hands and has a decent eraser.

Iunno, I always use 0.7mm lead from Pentel (it virtually NEVER breaks, it's awesome stuff), and Pentel's hardcore Japanese. Why do you like the narrow stuff anyways? You should be moving forward with broad strokes, not tiny invisible scratch marks :)

I prefer mechanical pencils, but I always run out of lead.
So I always have a load of Bruynzeel, Most are HB but I prefer 2B.

When a pen is required I like those thin felt tipped ones.

For under 4 bucks, the Pilot Hi-tecpoint V5 RT is pretty damn neat. Much better than the original Hi-tecpoint imo. Retractable, too.

I write letters to businesses with ink refined from this.

Anyone know that feeling where you suddenly realize there's a lot more to an object you'd never really thought about, and now want to spend some time browsing and making sure you have the best one possible?

I just got that with pens. I've been using shitty 10 pence biros or whatever pens I see first in the shop, up until now.

Pic related is what I mainly use. If anyone can suggest something better (though still similar, black gel pen I guess), ima buy it off Amazon right now. A nice fountain pen would work too.

They do not know proper businesscards are scented using ambergris, and you underestimate the importance of a proper businesscard and proper writing instruments.

For me, it isn't too hard - although that's probably because I'm used to it. The ballpoint is a nice one, which doesn't need too much pressure to write nicely, which helps.
