Polio vaccs were introduced in 1955 and 1959 (live virus). Yet, if you look at the time period from 1923-1953 Polio was already on a decline in the US and England, by 47-55%. Countries who did not vaccinate in the 50s also saw Polio decline. The oral vacc/live virus actually caused an increase in Polio, not a decrease.

what are your thoughts on this, /sci/ ?

This is a trick people do to make graphs say what they want. In 1923 there was an enormous fucking epidemic, and things weren't as bad as normal in 1953. A dishonest person has chosen these dates specifically because they want to show a decline.
