femanon here, if i scratch the inside of my bellybutton with, say, a fingernail, i feel the same thing.

I get awful pains sometimes, often caused by standing up to fast, that start in my bellybutton and shoot straight into my penis, it hurts really bad. I've heard it's genetical and my dad has that too, but I have it a lot more. So I believe there is a connection between the two in some sense.
