Hey /sci/,

After dismantling an old digital camera, I've got, among other parts, this LCD screen. Is there any chance this screen could be fashioned into some other device? Like a tiny computer or something?

>thinks the screen is part of the computer

You should probably sharpen one of the edges and kill yourself with it.

Just get a few more, put them together with duct tape and enjoy your brand new LCD TV.

is right, /sci/ is filled with a bunch of unhelpful, pretentious jerk-offs who are only compelled to share information if it boosts their ego and who also shitpost on any thread that is slightly interesting on a subject they know nothing about.

I could be wrong and it could just be (college-educated) trolls but either way some people are and have been really dedicated in ruining all fun around here whether it's intentional or not.

not easily. your best bet is using it as a replacement or trying to hook it up in a similar device.

assuming the display cable is the same to whatever you want to hook it up to, you still need to power the display, and i'm sure each device uses a different power connector.
