Good evening /sci/entists, i'm 20yo and i'm in a sort of college (i live abroad) so what i am working on is different from what you do in High School.
So i am supposed to make a study on the theme forecasting/prediction and must include an experiment, i can't just explain a mechanism, i must add something personnal this is why an experiment is important.
For example, a friend of mine took the seismograph so i guess he will explain how it works but we are supposed to add a little more so maybe he will try to improve it.

Anyway, i can't find any interesting subject so i you have any idea, it would be very nice of you to share them, even if it has nothing to do with the theme (forecasting/prediction).
It can concern physics/engineering/maths/thermodynamics.

Thank you for your help

Why are you assuming we're all in high school?

I am not, it's just that i'm not looking for something that i could have done in High School, i need something more difficult/serious/harder, pick one.

You know what i'm talking about so maybe you could help?

This isn't homework, it's like i was asking for help to find an idea for a thesis.
I ain't asking for the answer of a math problem, i'm looking for inspiration.

Like maybe electrocute your penis and film the results?

I was working on laminated glass and wanted to check if the convention was respected using the experiments explained in the convention but laminated glass is expensive and it would be too easy. Not enough scientific content.
