How does it feel knowing that philosophy majors are probably exceedingly more intelligent than you are?

>> No.4181203

>theology ahead of engineering, chemistry, biology, computer science, and finance

Christians: 1
Atheists: 0

>that feel when Econ/Chem double major.

>> No.4181208

I'm majoring in Physics. Additionally, there is no major that selects for an exceptionally high IQ. I would be shocked if any major has an average IQ above 115; this number is rather pedestrian.

>> No.4181209

what

>> No.4181210

Nice try but I'm a math major. Feels good to be at the top.

>> No.4181212

Why isn't psychology included in "liberal arts"? Are they implying that it's a science?

>> No.4181216

>>4181212
0/10

On the off chance that you are being sincere, liberal arts is a specific degree; there are plenty of non-science degrees on this list.

>> No.4181217

Why does Political Science have 3 times as many students as every other category?

Do they all go into law or something?

>> No.4181218

>>4181212
Stop looking for something that isn't there. Psychology and liberal arts are two distinct majors but they are often in the same faculty [of arts].

>> No.4181222

>>4181217
Getting a poli sci degree means you continue to law school or you work at starbucks, that's why.

>> No.4181221

>>4181217
There's not many other places you can go with a Political Science degree. Unless you like sucking politician dick.

ITT: Bad troll doesn't realise /sci/ is 99 percent maths and physics majors.

>> No.4181236

>>4181231
That's extremely optimistic thinking. I'd say most of /sci/ are pseudo-intellectuals who are majoring in biology.

>> No.4181252

>>4181236

I'm a biology major. No shame in that. I usually get B- in my biology classes and A+ in my math and physics classes. mad?

>> No.4181255

LSAT score =/= intelligence. Its like saying dolphins are more intelligent than us because they can jump through hoops.

>> No.4181256

>>4181252
You're bad at your major and you take easy math classes. Why would anyone be upset?

>> No.4181258

>>4181255
LSAT is an aptitude test. There's quite a strong correlation between intelligence and performance on it.

criminal justice is higher age, more in-job training, less academic in social trends now. its just c students that become security guards returning to school.

>> No.4181282

And, once again, Physics is at the top. Everyone else, are you even trying?

>> No.4181311

I too wouldn't call psychology a science.. If it was pre 1950s

>> No.4181368

the LSAT is designed to assess Reading Comprehension, logical, and verbal reasoning proficiencies.

Intelligence is impossible to quantify, and even if it was possible, it would be based on a lot more than those 3 things.

>> No.4181382

>>4181266
the lsat tests you on your skills of logic and reasoning. It shouldn't come as a suprise that philosophy, physics, math and other majors are on the top of the list.

Also: this is why fucking china elects engineers to office.

how does it feel to know philosophy majors are spending tens of thousands of dollars to do what I do in my free time at an equally high intensity and quality?

>> No.4181452

Isn't the LSAT for law school?

>> No.4181474

The number of people who took the test and participated in the study matters as well. Honestly, there should be accompanying diagrams weighing the differences.
