Cool. I've always wanted to learn a language.
Would be nice to be able to learn for free.

This guy is forgetting that many people (Read: all of 4chan and then some) knows that it's half fake, and that half is the book half, and that half you can put in anything.

Some use HERESY!, others say niggr, others say random, and I just type asd.

People may know it only tests one half however if you were listening you would have caught that the computers weigh the responses. What are the chances more people are going to type in something random that correlates with one another?

I already signed in this duolingo thing but apparently they don't take beta testers anymore. It's a shame, would have been fun to try it out.

Doesn't mean you can't learn through Khan Academy.

Personally, I use it as a supplement. Khan Academy, Wolfram Alpha and OpenStudy are all about as helpful as having a tutor on-hand whenever you want.
