Anti-matter. If a large enough amount of it could be created and stored (just about a few million tonnes or so would suffice) then it would be easy. Just a quick warning though, 1 gram of anti-matter costs around 62.5 billion dollars so you would probably need to remorgage your house first.

When it is already there?

We have this crazy plan. We're going to need to remove a piece of the stars mass. If we do this the unstable forces between Gravity and Fusion we cease to be in equilibrium. fusion will win out and the star with supernova. We just better hope the Stargate lasts long enough.
