We don't technically orbit around the sun; we orbit around a point very near the sun since the Earth still exerts a gravitational pull.

I've often seen creationists do what can only be described as dishonesty. How many times do you need to tell someone that evolution isn't supposed to produce crockoducks before them saying "evolution is wrong because there are no crockoducks" becomes dishonest?

i'm guilty of this myself, except in most cases i usually AM right, so i dont suffer perma-ignorance for it.
in matters of religion, i almost certainly AM right, but i still listen intently just so i can counter is effectively. (i argue for the side of atheism, obviously)
