I do not want to end up as a high school teacher.

I want to be a mathematican or physicist, solely working on unraveling the mysterious problems unsolved for mankind (me) to solve.

How do I go about doing this shit in 2011? I don't have any degrees yet as I am 19 and blessed with mathematical talents.
