a) You know why Fox News and other right-wing media that were BAWWing about the voter intimidation story never gives estimates of how many members the NBPP has? Because it has too few to scare anyone.
You know why the NBPP doesn't estimate its own membership on its website? Embarrassment.
b) Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale are the closest thing to black militant authorities that's existed since the 1970s. They both think the NBPP is rock-fucking stupid. Even *militant* blacks don't tend to support the NBPP, much less the majority of blacks who don't give a shit about politics and are just trying to get by.
c) Start an internal war against the US, right as our wars in the Middle East are winding down and plenty of veterans of guerrilla warfare are coming home. And plenty of whites have been stockpiling guns for the past three years, and white militant groups have been more active than in the past two decades, because they're terrified of our president.
