How hot would hydrogen fluoride have to be to turn to a plasma, assuming you were using heat alone for it?

Also, how much is 1000-1500 Volts at .2~.3 Amps, and 1.5 million volts at the same amp?

In practical terms, anyways.

HF bond energy = 161.5 kJ/mol = 1.674 eV/bond
H ionization energy = 1312 kJ/mol = 13.6 eV/atom

HF gas would have to be heated to 15.274 eV (177000C) to become a plasma. Someone should double check this.
