Realistically, I would suggest something that's beneficial to everyone, in the long run. Something, that by you testing it, could eventually progress that technology.

So I suggest something medically, perhaps an implanted device that could constantly measure your vital signs and biochemistry, then sends that information wirelessly to your own home computer. A program on your computer could then analyze the data and assess the potential for any possible medical concerns. It should also be able to alert emergency response teams to anything like a heart attack or the signs of a stroke occuring, thereby increasing your chance of receiving medical attention.

If we're just bullshitting, then get a camera implanted where your eye is.
