It should be based on zip codes and school districts regardless of race.

At my high school, the third smartest kid in the class got into Harvard while the first and second didn't. I knew the kid so I asked him what was up, he said it was probably because he was half Puerto Rican.

This kid was whiter than me, and I am mostly Northern European descent. He is also rich as fuck, as a good portion of the people are at that high school. Good for him for exploiting the system but fuck whoever thought it was a good idea in the first place.

Also, there should be no affirmative action at the graduate/medical school level. Any disadvantage you had is settled out by then. Every person should have an identification number with no personal information on there besides the school you attended previous, your grades, and your test scores. Now you can't say a racist admission guy screwed you over.

I have an asian friend who got his whole tuition for a four year course paid by a scholarship.
Considering that he was an international student, and that they pay about $20K per year, that's about an $80K scholarship.

Asian Indian Americans have much higher income, IQ's, and are radically overrepresented in top universities because of this (probably by about 10 times at least).

East Asians are put under the same discrimination in college application as Indian Americans, despite a large portion of Asian American applicants not even being East Asian.

By muscled out I mean this. In mid-tier IQ/score applicant pools the competition and hence discrimination is much tougher than if you are a borderline retard or a 140 IQ genius. Why? Because the bulk of applicants no matter what their ethnicity fall in the mid tier range. So this is where you will also find a ton of Asians getting declined where a white would sail through because they aren't as overrepresented as East Asians. Now if you forget about mid tier and look at the stats for god tier then ethnic quotas don't matter because you're in the genius category right? A college admissions board will grab all the god-tier kids FIRST regardless of their ethnic backgrounds and then they will apply the discriminatory hammer on the mid tier and shit tier applications to meet their quota goals.
