I don't see how you can be so happy about it. I for one am exceptionally gifted, I excel at everything I try and my 'peers' would deem that I am very successful at what I do. Still I don't know enough, and no matter what I try, I will never rectify this incompetency. I grasp everything I study (save for some universal unknowns), still it still takes too much time to become a master at it - even though it's but a fraction of the time it would take my contemporaries.

I'm deeply distressed that my fellow man is even more incompetent. I'm not content with the recognition of value in academia and even in personal circles: there seems to be an omnipresent failure to recognize products of superior quality, and there is a tendency to label inferior products as such.

Now let's switch this around of course, we are in a debate at Oxford and the subject is the mechanics of Evolution, who do think will win. Dr. Dawkins the award winning biologist or Mr. Rooney a man who was probably mediocre in Grade school and never attended to university.
