If you leave just about any fruit or vegetable in the right conditions and its insides will liquefy and ferment on their own. I've witnessed it first hand with pineapples, tomatoes, and watermelon.

Many plants contain drinkable stuff, (apart from the high water content of most fruits like apples), such as cactus and vine.

Also blood. Anything that contains water and isn't toxic. The whole reason we drink stuff is for the water.

if you really want water from plant without juicing i recommend Adansonia, big fucking african tree. It can store around 150.000 litres of water.
