I had calc in kindergarten here in the US.

I had Advanced calc 2 myjunior year. Of course, I was ahead 2 years. This allowed me to study CS for my senior year of math.

I was taught calc while still in the womb through the use of music based on the signals SETI uses to communicate abstract mathematical concepts to aliens in binary.

The "honors" curriculum in the US is generally:

8th: Algebra I
9th: Geometry
10th: Algebra II
11th: Trigonometry
12th: Calculus I

The "regular" curriculum is more like:

8th: Pre-algebra
9th: Algebra I
10th: Geometry
11th: Algebra II
12th: Trigonometry

In Africa we have to master Calculus before we are allowed to eat

here we do calc 1 before trig. And a select few are a year ahead and get calc 2 in 12th

The really advanced start algebra 1 in 6th. And instead of calc 2 in 11th they take it at the local community college, as well as their 12th year math. These students also get the option of taking their other ap classes there too.

I went to a private school in the US for the first portion of my education, they had me performing trig by the time I was eleven. Then, cause my family is broke as hell, I had to start going to public schools and ended up dropping out of HS five years later because it was wasn't challenging enough.
